Work need not be matted, but should be protected. LAPS will not accept framed work and will not be responsible for loss or damage of works from any cause. Artists, however, may wish to carry their
own insurance.
Slides: Slides of six prints made in the past two years, at least two of which must be in a traditional and editionable printmaking process, such as intaglio, woodcut, lithography, etc. Each slide should be carefully labeled with the artist’s name, title of the piece, media, year of creation, and dimensions. A self-addressed stamped envelope must be included if you wish to have your slides returned.

The disc must be labeled with the artist’s name.
